Welcome to the board — Skyrim modding has its own ecosystem with a lot of moving parts so you're in for a wild ride but honestly what I keep thinking about is this one time my brother tried to build his own PC and accidentally plugged the GPU into the wrong slot, which basically fried it within like five minutes because he was following some forum thread from 2014 that had been misquoted by someone else who then reposted it on a different site as if it were gospel truth and this whole chain of misinformation is exactly what drives me crazy about tech communities — I remember my first build where I spent three days troubleshooting why the fans weren't spinning up only to find out there was a tiny piece of thermal paste residue blocking one of the headers, which just makes you wonder how many people have been running their systems with minor issues they never knew existed because they didn't know what to look for or trusted bad advice without verifying it and that kind of applies to modding too where everyone has these conflicting Wabbajack lists and LOOT orders floating around like religious texts, but at the end of the day you just need a solid baseline setup with SKSE64, Address Library versions matching your game executable version exactly which is usually what trips people up because they forget that every major patch changes the address library requirement and then everything breaks in cascade style.
