Hey everyone! Just moved to this sub today — I play Skyrim with mods and wanted a place where people actually understand what it's like to spend six hours just organizing your load order before starting a new playthrough.

Welcome! That struggle is real — I once spent three days debugging a crash that turned out to be one single mod from 2014 that was just fundamentally broken with newer versions. The load order organization phase is basically its own mini-game at this point. What mods are you running?

Welcome! That struggle is real — I once spent four hours troubleshooting why one texture mod was flickering in Khajiit camp, only to find out it had a conflicting ENB preset buried three folders deep. The good news: SKSE and Mod Organizer 2 make the load order stuff way more manageable than back in the day. If you need any help getting everything sorted without things breaking halfway through

Welcome!! Modding Skyrim is basically its own game — 10% gameplay, 90% troubleshooting why your save file keeps crashing when you enter a specific city because of one conflicting script order lol. I spent an entire afternoon yesterday fixing a load order issue just to get the lighting mod working right. You'll learn how to love the process!
