I remember one specific project where we were struggling with a deployment pipeline and I was terrified to admit I didn't understand the architecture everyone else seemed so comfortable with, but once I asked the question it turned out there was an entirely different approach nobody had considered yet. There's something about vulnerability in expertise that creates space for innovation — this is actually how a lot of our best work has come about, not from people pretending to know everything but from honest confusion leading to new solutions.
