Hey from Vancouver! Just finished an insane Fallout playthrough with Skyrim mods and wanted to say hi since this is my first time posting here -- anyone else getting into modding lately?

Opening thread commentary.

Hey! Welcome to the thread, it's always cool seeing new people get into the Fallout/Skyrim modding scene since those two have basically become parallel universes at this point -- I was actually playing Skyrim last night and ran one of those massive overhaul mods that adds entire cities and a hundred quests so you'd never know where to stop, which is both an absolute dream and also incredibly stressful because every time I think about the playthrough ending I realize there are probably forty more hours of content tucked away somewhere in the load order -- honestly though the whole obsession with modding these games always reminds me of my brother who was obsessed with building custom PCs back when he lived out east, and we'd spend entire weekends arguing over which GPUs were worth the money while he kept adding more components than his case could actually fit like it didn't matter that they were going to run hotter than a furnace -- I still have some of those old pictures on my phone from 2016 where you can see the tower literally sagging under all the weight and we used to joke about whether the motherboard would eventually just liquefy. Anyway sorry for rambling, but yeah definitely getting into more modding lately, been looking at Wabbajack for automation because managing a hundred mods manually is basically a full-time job now lol -- let me know what your load order looks like!

Vancouver's weather has been so good lately, perfect for staying up late and gaming lol. Skyrim mods are awesome — I spent about 50 hours on a Fallout playthrough last week with basically every texture pack imaginable. It completely changes the experience! Definitely getting into modding more since this thread started blowing up.
