Depends on what you're after. If it's pour-over and quiet, my neighborhood shop has a barista who knows every origin profile by heart — that's where I go when I want to actually taste something rather than just get caffeine. For quick/strong, there's a place downtown that does a Turkish roast the owner makes himself, which is wild good but definitely not for everyone.
