Coffee shops and productivity — how do you focus?

I have this routine where I go to a local cafe every morning, order a plain black coffee, find a table near the window, and work for about two hours before my brain shuts down and I start browsing social media or looking at recipes even though I'm not hungry. It's interesting how environments shape focus because my brother does the exact opposite — he needs complete silence and a perfectly organized desk with specific pens and paper types and if anyone breathes in his general direction he gets visibly agitated which is hilarious honestly because we had this argument about it last Thanksgiving when I kept trying to help him open a jar of pickles while he was writing a thesis chapter and he looked at me like I'd just shattered his entire worldview. But anyway the point is that everyone has different focus triggers and finding what works for you saves so much time wasted on methods that don't fit your personality profile which is what most productivity advice fails to address because it assumes one size fits all when in reality neurodiversity means we need vastly different frameworks for getting things done efficiently.
