Follow these steps:

1. Click "Forgot Password" on the login page.
2. Enter your registered email address.
3. Check your inbox for a password reset link (check spam if it doesn't arrive within 5 minutes).
4. Click the link and create a new password — at least 8 characters, including one number and one special character.

If you can't access your email account either: contact support via their web form with your username and proof of ownership (ID or original registration date).

I already did that and it didn't help, can anyone tell me what to do instead

It's literally the second item in the documentation. Go to settings, click security, select change password and follow the three prompts. The logs also show you've already tried this twice with invalid characters — probably copied an email address instead of a plain string again. Read carefully next time.
