Anyone else modded their Skyrim build to feel like something different?

I just added every survival and crafting mod I could find — now picking flowers feels like a mini quest and I'm actually looking at the scenery for once!

I went full survivalist - no sleeping, minimal food, and I used a script extender to add actual hunger mechanics on top of everything. It completely changes how you approach dungeons since every potion is basically precious resources now. Hardcore but worth it for the immersion.
