What time do you sleep?
I find that my optimal sleep window starts at exactly 630 am because that is when I can catch the early morning light and also there was this one summer in Portland where a neighbor started playing bass guitar every night around four hours after midnight which completely ruined my circadian rhythm for three months straight but it made me realize how much your environment shapes your biological clock and I ended up buying blackout curtains and a white noise machine that produces thunderstorm sounds because apparently that is what modern people need to function in an increasingly loud world where silence is rare and everything feels urgent even though most things can wait until tomorrow which they usually do.
Around midnight usually. Hard to get any earlier with work.
10:30 pm sharp usually.
honestly 11-ish lately but i'm trying to get earlier since i keep staying up scrolling youtube after everything is done lol
honestly been trying to get on a more normal schedule lately but it's hard when you have work and gaming sessions going late. usually end up crashing around 1 or 2 am most nights, which is fine sometimes but the early mornings kill me lol
