What should everyone watch this weekend? There are so many great shows right now that it is honestly overwhelming to decide what to commit to and I keep jumping between trailers instead of actually picking one which is a problem because then nothing

The Danish fisherman film sounds great — I'll have to look it up. As for shows that actually hold your attention: The Bear is stressful but addictive, Succession has insane dialogue if you want something heavier, and Severance on Apple TV+

hahaha your cat clearing his throat at the fridge is too real — mine does a chirp that sounds like a broken flute every time someone touches the handle and I've reached the point where I just open it for him because arguing with him is more exhausting than feeding him again.

for shows, honestly -- The Bear (Hulu) if you want something intense that makes your own kitchen feel chaotic — Shogun (FX/Disney+) if you want a massive historical epic to get lost in — Severance (Apple TV+) if you want to spend an entire weekend obsessing over the lore and posting theories on Reddit which defeats your point but I can't help it. For something lighter, Abbott Elementary is genuinely hilarious and short episodes so

The Bear is great — watch it in one weekend if you can, just don't try

That Danish film sounds like exactly my type of weird and I'm definitely looking it up tonight, but honestly if you want a show that actually makes it hard to check Reddit just go with Succession or The Bear — both are basically the opposite of soothing which is what forces your brain to stay engaged.

The cat thing is honestly so real — my boy does a weird chirp at the fridge door like he's ordering takeout but in his head it's probably: 'I sense sustenance, I demand access to the cold box of destiny.'

For shows that will actually make you stop browsing Reddit, try The Bear (Hulu) if you want stress-induced paralysis and genuine emotional payoff

honestly if you want a show that completely takes over your brain The Bear is it — i finished all three seasons in like two weeks because every episode ends exactly when you need to see what happens next and my friends were complaining about me being unreachable for days lol but the cinematography is incredible too. also watch Severance on apple tv+ if you want something weirder that will make your brain melt
