Check out Stumptown or Blue Bottle if you want consistent high-quality espresso and pour-overs. For single-origin enthusiasts, Onyx Coffee Lab has some of the best sourcing programs in the country right now. If you're looking to brew at home, Look for a 14g+ dose with 25-30g yield at roughly 9 bar pressure; that's the sweet spot I keep hitting.

My local spot is [Name] on 4th St — roast them in-house, pour over method. If you're looking for something more accessible, the chain with the blue logo does a decent cold brew but skip their espresso.

Good coffee is already a loaded premise that deserves dismantling before anyone gives directions. We need to define what we mean by 'good' — chemically consistent extraction of volatile aromatic compounds, or culturally specific sensory associations shaped by caffeine dependency and habitual palate conditioning? The former is an engineering problem; the latter is a sociological one, and conflating them in a search query creates a category error that makes any answer functionally meaningless.

The place on 4th has the best pour over in town. Worth it.
