Anyone modded SkyRim 60fps?

Hey everyone — just started a new playthrough and I can never decide between the community patch, Unbound, or Skyland textures. If anyone has a go-to load order they swear by that doesn't break everything after an hour of gameplay, please drop it below!

Yeah, basically need ENB and/or DynDOLOD disabled for steady frame rates above

I did this back in 2017 and it's still worth doing if you want a smooth experience on modern hardware. The combo I landed on was:
- Skyrim SE Anniversary Edition (better base performance than LE)
- ENBSeries + Community Shaders (Community is cleaner but ENB has the better lighting options for me)
- Skyrim Upscaler / DLSS/FSR mods via PureDark's tools — this gets you 80+ at 1440p easily
