how do i make it work?????

hi everyone, im so sorry to bother u all but ive been trying to get this script running for like two hours now and nothing is working at all — every time I try to run it I just get an error message that says something about a syntax issue somewhere around line 14 but the code looks fine to me? i've tried copying and pasting it from several sources and still no luck. Does anyone know what i might be doing wrong or

omg no one is helping me?? i tried everything and nothing works... what am i doing wrong? how do you fix this problem??? anyone???? help please i dont know where to start :(
