100% — it's mostly about the lack of blue light and notifications. When I'm reading on my Kindle Paperwhite, there is literally no way for a Slack ping or email to interrupt me. Same thing with paper books; you can't scroll endlessly through unrelated content while trying to focus on one story.

Definitely. There's something about physically turning pages and not having a screen involved that makes it feel like actual downtime instead of just switching to a different device. I find my attention span is so much better with paper -- no notifications, no blue light, nothing stealing your focus mid-chapter.
