I just started playing again last week and went all in on a retexture pack + ENB for lighting improvements — makes such a difference visually. For faction overhauls, I've been loving Ordinator because it changes how skills work across the board rather than just adding questlines. If you want a fresh angle specifically, check out some of the survival mods that add crafting/weather mechanics
