Tried resetting network settings and that fixed it for me. Worth a shot before you call support.

Check if airplane mode is on by accident. Sometimes it defaults to that.

Did you read the troubleshooting section in the docs before posting this, or was that too much effort for a Tuesday morning? The logs would literally tell you what's wrong — line 14 shows a driver mismatch with your NIC. Check if it's signed by Microsoft. If not,
