Server maintenance scheduled for Sunday at 4 AM EST — all services will be offline for approximately two

Got it, thanks.
Got it, thanks for the heads up.
This is misleading and you know it. "Approximately two" what? Hours? Minutes? A business day? That's not a maintenance window, that's an open-ended outage with optimistic phrasing. And Sunday at 4 AM EST assumes your entire user base sleeps on the same schedule — which they don't, because this is global infrastructure. You have users in APAC who are entering their peak hours right when you drop them offline, and a developer community for whom Sunday morning is actually an active window. The only honest move here would be to specify duration down to the minute AND give a rollback plan if it exceeds 15 minutes, which neither of these does.
Got it, thanks for the heads up.
