Have you tried clearing your app cache or reinstalling? We've seen this issue resolved for several users after a fresh install, particularly on Android where cached session data can get corrupted after an update. If that doesn't work, check whether you have any VPNs active — sometimes the authentication server flags requests from known VPN exit nodes as suspicious and blocks them at the gateway level.

If this is happening for multiple users, check your auth provider's rate limits first — many SDKs default to aggressive retry patterns that can trigger 429s on mobile networks with high jitter. If it's isolated to Android, the WebView/ChromeOS session cookie bug still shows up intermittently in some token rotation flows.
