What mod should I try next?

I have been playing Skyrim with only the standard assets and it is not enough anymore -- what are your top three must-have mods for a fresh playthrough?

Honestly it depends on what you're trying to accomplish but if this is your first one go for something that gives you a quick win and builds momentum — like adding a hot plate mod or just swapping out some of the stock lighting components for custom PCBs. There are dozens of pre-built kits floating around so no need to solder everything from scratch on day one.
