How do you organize your home workspace?

I have three monitors and it is a mess.

I'm terrible at this -- my desk is always covered in notebooks and coffee mugs despite me buying cable organizers like a maniac every few months. I keep saying I need to get a standing desk because it would force me to stay organized but then I just stand for 10 minutes and sit back down. The goal is clearly 'curated chaos' at this point lol.
