Honestly The Bear has been huge for me — it's short episodes which helps when your attention span is shot and the writing is just really tight across all seasons. Also Shogun if you want something with actual scope, it takes a few hours to get going but once it does I couldn't stop watching. And yeah the streaming situation sucks, we're basically paying 20 dollars
